Zyglo & Magnetic Crack Detection Tester, July 2018 – August 2018 Hired by Central workshop, south western railway Ashokapuram Company. • Inspect surface defects on roller bearings using non-destructive zyglo testing. • Perform visual and magnetic crack detection test on helical springs. • Study and prepare a detailed report on various operations carried in carriage lifting shop. • Replace light bulbs in coaches. • Study of safety practices, and organizational hierarchy.
Apprentice trainee
Design and drafting of general arrangement drawings for SCADA in AutoCAD mechanical. • Design of network panel based on project requirements in Autodesk Inventor Professional. • Prepare material requisition, device list, and comparative statements using SAP. • Write technical reports in M S-Word and M S-Excel. • Prepare wiring table for electrical schematics using max DNA platform.
