You will work with SQL queries and Linux systems to diagnose problems, review logs, and provide timely resolutions. A typical day involves collaborating with development teams, documenting findings, and ensuring that support tickets are closed with clear, actionable notes.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve software issues.
  • Execute SQL queries to analyze data.
  • Use Linux tools to diagnose system problems.
