Qualification : BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming.
2. Good in Oracle performance tuning, using Oracle 12c.
3. Skilled at writing, editing large, complicated SQL statements .
4. Proficient in application development & database performance tuning.
5. Experienced in Unix shell scripting, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodology.
6. Exposure to Big Data framework (HDFS) along with an exposure to Informatica ETL.
7. Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: JIRA, Confluence, SVN, TeamCity, Jenkins, Nolio, and Crucible.
8. Possess general knowledge of Credit and Market Risk Management in Investment Banking.
9. Excellent inter-personnel skills and experience working with Client/Vendor model.
10. Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Description:

ETL Full stack Developer would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java/Database environment. Responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining Java applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

1. Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
2. Leads and implements initiatives as required to deliver business objectives.
3. Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
4. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.
5. Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
6. Leads/conducts detailed code-reviews and provides feedback in a constructive manner. Decomposes business requirements and translates them into detailed design specifications and code.
7. Interacts with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers.
8. Assesses the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommend/decide on appropriate designs.
9. Designs solutions, writes code, performs unit testing, develops appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery.
10. Supports production issues, includes independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis.
11. Devises new algorithms and data structures for target environment and platform attributes in alignment with architectural patterns.
12. Builds solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve our aspiration of common assets. Recommends or automates approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Supports the management of specific project deliverables & outcomes. Identifies opportunities to strengthen the development capability, such as: sharing expertise to promote technical development, mentoring employees, building communities of practice and networks.
