Skill Set :
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of data management and analytical skills.
- Familiar with logistics and solid documentation skills.
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.
- Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
Job Description :
- Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
- Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
- Active participation in team building activities.
- Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs.
- Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
