Job Designation : QA Automation Engineer

Salary : 12 LPA – 22 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

1. Proficient knowledge in software testing automation.
2. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
3. Familiarity with test automation concepts and Selenium knowledge.
4. Good knowledge of Software development cycles.
5.  Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
6. Familiarity with coding and developing concepts.
7. Excellent writing and communication skills.
8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Description :

1. Develops test scripts for automation whereas AQA’s are not expected to develop the scripts. (Note – AQA provides input into test plans.)
2. Conducts testing using company-specific, manual or automated processes.
3. Executes test scripts/cases and communicates the results of testing with guidance if required.
4. Tests modules of medium software products or smaller stand-alone software products to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
5. Typically works as a member of a single QA or Process team.
6. Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
7. Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
