Skill Set :

1. Proficient knowledge of  Core Java(8/11/17), Servlet, APIs, JavaScript(Dojo).
2. Sound knowledge of any cloud services, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure and GCP.
3. Knowledge on test automation development using Ansible, Python.
4. Proficient in data structures & algorithms.
5. Strong Java/J2EE as well as RDBMS programming skills
6. Proficiency in React, Node.js, HTML & CSS
7. Working knowledge of agile tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins etc.)
8. Strong problem-solving skills

Job Description :

1. L3 Support Engineers debug reported problems, design, develop and unit test code fixes.
2. They use programming languages in which the product has been written.
3. Have an in depth understanding of the environment to test the code fix.
4. Understand and articulate the impact on other components in the product.
5. They may support L2 Service Specialists in performing problem determination and analysis on client systems.
6. Depending on the severity level of a problem, they may work directly with clients through conference calls or onsite visits.
7. They provide client insight and feedback regarding the client environment to the development organization responsible for existing and new product development.
8. Provide Customer Support for ECM Software products; troubleshooting, problem determination, Log, trace, and other software diagnostic analysis, defect fix development and testing, incident management and Customer communication.
