Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of software products.
2. Proficeint knowledge in Microsoft Office products and applications.
3. Good knowledge of cloud platforms AWS.
4. Familiar with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve the performance of the system.
6. Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
7. Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required.
8. High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
9. Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in descriptions generated.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
11. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description :

ML AI Digital associate will support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

1.  Perform execution and report results accurately.
2. Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks / releases.
3. Perform repetitive exercises based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality.
4. Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis.
5. Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports and adhering to Productivity and Quality base lines.
6. Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution in the portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s.
7. Own the daily targets against internal and external dependencies.
