Job Designation : Voice Process Executive-  Customer Service Associate 

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Sound customer handling skills.
  2. Basic computer knowledge.
  3. Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  4. Good in Logical Thinking and Thought process.
  5. Good process knowledge and business management skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Fresher’s & Immediate Joiner’s Only.
  8. Work Mode: WFO.
  9. Shift : Rotational Shift & 5 days work.
  10. Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday.

Job Description :

  1. Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with customers
  2. Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
  3. Document all transactions completed in a day.
  4. Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes
  5. Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
  6. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
  7. Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.
  8. Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
