Job Skills/Qualification Required:

• Degree in BE/MCA/MBA/MHA or healthcare related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst.
• Healthcare Application knowledge would get preference.
• Excellent communication skills including strong writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Always willing to learn and apply leading-edge technologies.
• Willing to travel

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with client engineering team to conceptualize, develop and implement software projects and solutions.
• Proactively track developments in healthcare IT, including standards, technologies and workflows
• Work with software engineering and quality assurance team to translate requirements into working solution.
• Plan, perform, and manage medium to high complexity production support tasks and activities that require subject matter knowledge regarding general application and infrastructure support.
• Work with end users for functional clarifications .
• Maintain the existing business / functional requirements .
• Create documents / deliverables .
• Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems processes and application to patient care.
• Engage, manage, and communicate to all stakeholders
