Worked as Software Engineer , design ,analyse and develop services to test and diagnose the customer issues. Involved in SDLC (Software Development Life cycle) process from Analysis, designing, implementing and maintaining the Applications. Developed multiple test to diagnose the issue in different tech types (different type of broadband connections) Written Unit Tests and done System Testing to improve code coverage. Supported and co-ordinates with all the release formalities and helping in GO-Live Activities. Active Involvement in all the Agile Ceremonies. Developed Microservices using NodeJs to calculate the shortest path , estimate the cost , analyse and suggest the customer about for new connection. Designed and implemented UI changes for smooth interaction with customers. Handled Production defects and immediate fixes. Handson in AWS (RDS and EC2 instances).

Worked as Technical Developer in the core development Feature team of the Bank. Involved in Technical discussions on implementing new features in Open Banking Domain. Active participation in improving the API and identifying tech debt items and reporting to the team. Supported and coordinated Go-Live Implementations.
