Job Designation : Digital Marketing / Content moderation Associate  

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of Management and content moderation.
  2. Sound knowledge of Google Products, Digital Marketing,
  3.  Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
  4. Proficient knowledge with computers and MS office / equivalent platforms.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
  6. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  7. Excellent customer service skills.
  8. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  9. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
  2. Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
  3. Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
  4. Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
  5. Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
  6. Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
  7. Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies
  8. Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
  9. Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
  10. Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
  11. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
