Skill Set :
- Sound knowledge of programming languages C, C++, Java, Python.
- Good understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts.
- Expertise in software development and a solid understanding of programming concepts.
- Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
- Sound understanding of OOPS concept, Multi-threading, etc.
- Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Good analytical skills, Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Description :
As an Associate Software Engineer at Anthology, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality solutions to the higher education community, specifically for our CRM, Reach. This role requires collaboration, analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance to ensure the best possible outcomes for our products.
- Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite
- Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite, analyzing root causes of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement
- Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input
- Developing testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for enhancements in the Product Suite
- Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, and providing viable technical solutions and providing multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern
- Actively contributing to team commitments.
