Experience : Freshers / Experienced
Skill Set :
- Sound customer handling skills.
- Familiar with google maps, Google products and data analysis.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS office applications.
- Good in Logical Thinking and Thought process.
- Good process knowledge and business management skills.
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fresher’s & Immediate Joiner’s Only.
- Work Mode: WFO.
- Shift : Rotational Shift & 5 days work.
- Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday.
Job Description :
- Where possible, develop processes to reduce manual processing time, write scripts to process data automatically, work with customers and improve upon existing tools
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
- Documentation support & research
- Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions on how to make projects run more smoothly.
- Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
- Experience with Google Docs (or similar programs)
