Job Designation : Customer Support Associate – Voice

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources.
  2. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  3. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
  4. Excellent documentation skills and typing skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description :

  1. Map, evaluate, and report data in order to manage client recommendations.
  2. Read carefully and understand the given data which could be of any type/ format
  3. Perform general research and extensive research (when required) and correctly interpret the available information
  4. Quick decisive skills to compare, analyze and judge the better search algorithm
  5. Evaluate the search results/ queries and rate them by following the available guidelines
  6. Properly read and understand the given data and then match/ map to correct and relevant categories
  7. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all Data Science Curation/QA Activities.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify process targets.
  9. Test and provide feedback for all new data science activity cases and features before release to clients ensuring that they meet accuracy within the given thresholds.
  10. Able to provide necessary detailed feedback to Data science engineers/QA Engineers.
  11. Coordinate to resolve data issues including inaccuracies, late/missing data or unexpected formatting.
  12. Recommend Activity wise improvements or corrections to Data Science Engineers/QA Engineers..
  13. Ensure to be confidential regarding Client related Tools/projections/data
  14. Should be able to create Training Material based on the activity
  15. Train New Joinees and mentor them to be at par with existing folks
