Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge in scripting languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript and python.
2. Strong knowledge of Application and programming knowledge.
3. Good knowledge of Software development life cycle and Test automation.
4. Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google).
5. Familiar with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
6. Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
7. Multi-disciplinary and versatile with the aptitude to learn and apply new skills faster.
8. Aptitude to learn, Take ownership of the successful implementation of the solution.
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal and communication skills.

Job Description : 

Low/no code app development :

1. Develop applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each client’s unique requirements.
2. Work with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder.
3. Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them.

Quality engineering :

1. Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
2. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
3. Responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
4. Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
5. Analyze the results and then submit the observations to the development team.

Application/Cloud Support :

1. Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
2. Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.

Infra Managed Services :

1. Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
2. Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements.
3. Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
4. Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
5. Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Project control services :

1. Enable program management and increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery
2. Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities
3. Proactively monitor, manage, report on execution of deliverables, and solve issues
4. Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction
