  1. Participate in sprint ceremonies as a member of an agile team.
  2. To aid application development, create database functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
  3. Performing data imports/exports and maintenance of third-party integration
  4. Troubleshooting database performance issues and monitoring database health.
  5. Investigating and resolving data related production issues which are being observed by the users.
  6. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  7. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
