Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

  7. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  8. Organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.

Job Description :

  1. Check the images, match with the website.
  2. Verify the content with website.
  3. Understanding sensitive content
  4. View the content, check the Brand Name and Website, Check if non-Family safe content, rate the content. etc’
  5. Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
  6. Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
  7. Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
  8. Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
  9. Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
  10. Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes.
  11. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
