Job Designation : Customer Support Voice Process Executive

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
  3. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
  4. Excellent documentation skills and typing skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description :

  1. Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
  2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  4. Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall process efficiency.
