Skill Set :
- Sound knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome),
- Proficient in MS Office applications like word, excel etc.
- Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
- Good understanding of phone/chat etiquette – Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc.
- Ability to establish call control/multi-task chat queries.
Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
