Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome),
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications like word, excel etc.
  3. Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
  4. Good understanding of phone/chat etiquette – Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc.
  5. Ability to establish call control/multi-task chat queries.

Job Description :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  1. Handle inbound customer calls from international clients.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
  4. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
