JPMorgan Chase looking for a Software Data Analyst with good knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.), having sound knowledge on AWS and big data technologies.

Skill Set :

  1. Strong Knowledge of various programming languages (Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, MATLAB, SQL etc).
  2. Expertise in automation tools and systems.
  3. Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
  4. Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools and systems).
  5. Strong debug and data analysis skills
  6. Knowledgeable about the competency requirements.
  7. Ability to follow the standards and norms to produce consistent results, provide effective control and reduction of risk.
  8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Description :

he purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages

  1. Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling) and interpret patterns and trends
  2. Develop record management process and policies
  3. Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and understand their requirements.
  4. Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base
  5. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  6. Set up and maintain automated data processes
  7. Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
  8. Produce and track key performance indicators

Analyse the data sets and provide adequate information

  1. Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
  2. Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data as per the customer requirement.
  3. Analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
  4. Create data dashboards, graphs and visualization to showcase business performance and also provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
  5. Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
  6. Develop predictive models and share insights with the clients as per their requirement.

Stakeholder Interaction

  1. Regular reporting & updates with Project Manager/ Database Lead internally.
  2. Client engagement, reviews etc with clients externally.
