- Strong Knowledge of various programming languages C, C++, C#, Java, Python.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ).
- Expertise in automation tools and systems.
- Strong debug and data analysis skills
- Ability to follow the standards and norms to produce consistent results, provide effective control and reduction of risk
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Job Description :
Embedded Systems Software
- Design, development, product validation and sustenance for Embedded Software of next generation products.
- The software stack encompasses system configuration, application software, middleware, OS abstraction layer and Device Drivers
- Understand and derive software design and performance requirements from user needs.
- Conduct software tests to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the software meets quality standards.
- Work closely with Hardware Engineers to integrate and validate software and hardware systems.
- Perform updates to improve performance and adapt to new requirements.
- Document software functionalities for future reference and upgrades.
- Keep up with the latest technologies trends in Automotive software engineering.
Compensation
Elite – Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack) FY 25 Hiring
- INR 3.50 lacs per annum
- Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – 25K (to be merged with comp after 12 months of bonus payout)
- Regular yearly increments
- Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th months from DOJ
Service agreement
- Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis
Selection process
Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.
1st Round
Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:
- Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability.
Duration: 48 mins - Written Communication Test – Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
- Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding.
Duration: 60 mins - Candidates can choose any one of the programming languages for the coding test: Java, C, C++, or Python
