  3. Experience with customer service management software (Salesforce a plus).
  4. Customer Service or Technical Support experience.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Monitor case escalation inbox and provide email acknowledgement response to internal requestors.
  2. Review case escalation email requests and ensure the required information is provided. If not, request appropriate details.
  3. Create a case escalation in Salesforce CRM.
  4. Ensure proper ownership and action is taken on case escalations.
  5. Perform basic reporting on volume and quality of case escalation requests.
