BCG looking for fresher Software Research Associate with good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript, having expertise in full stack development, with a focus on front-end and integration.
Job Designation : Software Research Associate
Salary : 10 LPA – 15 LPA
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Skill Set :
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript.
- Undergraduate degree minimum (Engineering, Commerce, General streams –Science, Economics etc.) with strong academic record
- 0-1 years of relevant work-experience, preferably in a Consulting or Research organization Excellent English; verbal and written
Ability to work with wide array of platforms including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;to be able to provide insights in most user-friendly format. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description :
- Develop capabilities to understands and anticipate case team research needs
- understanding case-team asks, client contexts, etc. to tailor research accordingly.
- Continuously engage with senior researchers to discuss the same
- Demonstrate speed-to-output and client-orientation in delivery (improving on
effectiveness in research completion) - Strong ownership and ability to manage (ability to prioritize) concurrent requests
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
