PayPal looking for Backend Java Software Engineer with expertise in Java/Go, having strong Linux/system knowledge and proficiency in cloud platforms.

Job Designation :  Software Engineer – Backend (Java)

Salary :  13 LPA – 18 LPA

Qualification :  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

Skill Set :

1. Strong programming skills and proficiency in Java/Go programming.
2. Strong Linux/system knowledge.
3. Good understanding of software development life cycle ( SDLC ).
4. Strong understanding of fundamental distributed system principles.
5. Ability to analyze, triage and debug complex system level problems and issues.
6. Good Problem solving & analysis skills.
7. Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Description :

• Work within a small team to develop code required for microservices
• Understand the technical design of the system and take part in design reviews
• Analyze product requirements and translate them into code design.
• Code, test, debug, and document software applications
• Write Unit tests/Functional Tests for the applications.
• Knowledge of QA automation processes and tools is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to be a full-stack developer
