Skill Set :
- Experience in debugging JAVA/J2EE products built on Kubernetes/Helm platforms

- Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience in SaaS environments, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm with AWS would be a advantage.
- Knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python programming, Shell Scripting, XML, JSON.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- An urge to help people and resolve technical issues or challenges.
Job Description :
- Participate in calls with support and customers to investigate and communicate on technical issues, fix plans.
- Act as single point of contact for customer/support and collaborate with different SCRUM teams to deliver solutions.
- Debug the issues and provide fix/patches to customers.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
