- Have a basic understanding of customer verification processes in the mortgage domain (nice to have).

Job Description :
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track the status of mortgage applications to ensure timely completion.
- Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
