  1. Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
  2. Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  5. Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Have a basic understanding of customer verification processes in the mortgage domain (nice to have).
  7. Display a customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  8. Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  9. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description :

  1. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Monitor and track the status of mortgage applications to ensure timely completion.
  3. Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to support decision-making processes.
  4. Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  5. Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide clear and concise information.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in processes and customer service.
