NTT DATA currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join software development team.

Job Designation : Helpdesk Associate

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set : 

  1. Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 position in Service Desk
  2. Must be a Graduate.
  3. Good communication skills with 6+ months of international calling experience
  4. Ability to work independently
  5. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
  6. Must possess excellent customer handling skills
  7. Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift.
  8. Excellent Verbal Communication skills.
  9. Good communication (demonstrate strong reading comprehension, writing and verbal skills) in English and Polish.

Job Description :

  1. Provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat.
  2. Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers & departments within the Client Infrastructure.
  3. Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc.
