Skill Set :

  1. Possess a strong understanding of Service Desk operations and best practices.
  2. Have experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in installing and configuring computer systems and networks.
  4. Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
  5. Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  6. Have knowledge of IT policies procedures and security protocols.
  7. Ability to do thorough impact analysis of the new requirement to existing application landscape and document the assessment

Job Description :

  1. Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  2. Monitor and maintain IT systems ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  3. Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
  4. Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner ensuring user satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Document and update technical procedures and user guides to improve support processes.
  7. Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  9. Assist in managing user accounts permissions and access rights in various systems.
  10. Provide training and support to users on new technologies and systems.
