Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome),
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications like word, excel etc.
  3. Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
  4. Good understanding of phone/chat etiquette – Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc.
  5. Ability to establish call control/multi-task chat queries.
  6. Freshers and Experienced with graduation is mandatory.
  7. 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
  8. Two-way cab facility only in night shift within 25Kms only from office premises
  9. Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply

Job Description :

  1. Handle Customer queries through calls, chats or emails
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  4. Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
  5. Stay updated with product information and company policies.
