Rackspace Technology hiring fresher graduates with proficient knowledge in AWS and cloud technologies for the role of Software Cloud Engineer.

Job Designation : Software Cloud Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Salary: ₹ 4 to 6 LPA

Skill Set :

1. Strong understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.)
2. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques.
3. Familiarity with command-line interfaces and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
4. Deployment and Configuration: Deploy and configure AWS resources as per predefined templates.
5. Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and restore operations.
6. Identify opportunities to optimize AWS resource usage and reduce costs.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description :

1. Receive and log incident tickets.
2.  Troubleshoot and resolve basic AWS-related issues.
3.  Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
4.  Monitor AWS environments for performance and availability issues.
5.  Respond to alerts and take corrective actions.
6. Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles.
7. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
8. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues.
9. Provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues.
