Synopsys hiring fresher R&D  Software Engineer with good programming capability C-Shell, Perl. C++ or Java script and proficient with CMOS memory design knowledge.

Job Designation : R&D Engineering- Principal Engineer

Salary : 7.3  LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-1 years

Skill Set :

  1.  Proficiency in CMOS memory design(NVM or SRAM), circuit simulation, memory layout designs, layout parasitic extraction, and layout verification tools and debugging techniques.
  2. Basic circuit know-how of Charge Pump, Voltage Regulator, Current Mirror,  Reference voltage and current, Comparators preferred
  3. Programming capability in C-Shell or Perl.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  5. Experience in developing documents, reports, or presentations for a range of tasks.
  6. Self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  7. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  8. Capable of leading and mentoring trainees and junior engineers, as well as managing projects.
  9. Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  10. Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description :

  1. Develop CMOS embedded non-volatile memories such as MRAM and RRAM.
  2. Design architecture and circuit implementation, focusing on high speed, low power, and high-density designs.
  3. Perform schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, design verification, and validation.
  4. Interface with CAD and Frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow.
  5. Perform design verification and drive physical layout design and verification.
  6. Provide support and/or perform other duties as assigned and required.
