•  General Manager (CS): 55 years
• Chief Manager (CS): 52 years
• Senior Manager (CS): 48 years
• Manager (CS): 44 years
• Deputy Manager (CS): 40 years
• Assistant Manager (CS): 36 years

 Pay Scales:

•  General Manager (CS): ₹ 1,20,000 – 2,80,000
• Chief Manager (CS): ₹ 1,00,000 – 2,60,000
• Senior Manager (CS): ₹ 90,000 – 2,40,000
• Manager (CS): ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000
• Deputy Manager (CS): ₹ 70,000 – 2,00,000
• Assistant Manager (CS): ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000

Educational Qualifications:

•  Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute having acquired Company Secretary Qualification with Associate/ Fellow Membership of ICSI.
• Post Qualification Experience: E8 – 23 years, E7 – 20 years, E6 – 16 years, E5 – 12 years, E4 – 08 years & E3 – 04 years.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview.
