Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee invites online applications from eligible candidates for Non Teaching recruitment of the following Group A, Group B and Group C positions under a Direct Recruitment basis. The last date for registration of online applications is 11th May 2021.

• Assistant Sports Officer: Pay Level 10
• Senior Scientific Officer: Pay Level 12
•  Junior Technical Superintendent: Level 6
• Assistant Security Officer: Level 6
• Coach: Level 6
• Junior Superintendent: Level 6
• Junior Superintendent (Raj Bhasha): Level 6
• Pharmacist: Level 6
• Junior Lab Assistant: Level 3
• Junior Assistant: Level 3
• Driver Grade-II: Level 3

 Educational Qualifications:

Finance Officer: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. Minimum 15 years of administrative experience.

 General Duty Medical Officer: MBBS with at least 02 years of experience.

Hindi Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English or English with Hindi or any one of the subject as elective and any one of the subject as major.

Assistant Sports Officer: Post Graduate in Physical Education / Sports Science with at least 55% marks.

 Senior Scientific Officer: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering / IT with 07 years experience (OR) M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / IT with 07 years experience (OR) B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / IT with 12 years relevant experience.

Junior Technical Superintendent: M.Sc. in Electronics / Computer Science / Chemistry / Physics (OR) B.E. / B.Tech with 02 years relevant experience (OR) MCA with 01 year experience.

 Assistant Security Officer: Degree with 04-year relevant experience. Should have Military or NCC and Fire Fighting training.

 Coach: University Degree and Diploma in Physical Education or BPEd. At least 02 years of coaching experience.

Junior Superintendent: Master Degree or Bachelors Degree with 02 years experience.

 Junior Superintendent (Raj Bhasha): Post Graduate degree in Hindi or English (OR) Degree with Hindi as compulsory subject and Post Graduate in English. Atl east 01-year relevant experience.
 Pharmacist: 10+2 or equivalent with Science Stream. Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy.

Junior Lab Assistant: Bachelors Degree in Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Computer Science (OR) BCA (OR) Diploma in Engineering. Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Junior Assistant: Bachelors Degree with knowledge of computer officer applications.

 Driver Grade-II: Senior Secondary (10+2) Pass / Matric with 12th class Pass with Driving license with 03 years driving and maintenance experience.

Selection Process:

•  Tier-I: Objective Type Written Examination
• Tier-II: Job Oriented Written Test and/or Typing Test

•  ₹ 250/- for each post.
•  No fee for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
• The fee can be made through an online payment gateway.
