•Responsible for monitoring SD-WAN infra networking devices like versa director, versa analytics, controller, search node. •Initial troubleshooting of customer complaints as per TAT (Turn Around Time) and taking feedback from customers for overall support. •24*7 support on a weekly rotation basis to ensure availability.-Providing L1 and L2 troubleshooting support for IP/MPLS clients. •Troubleshooting by remotely logging into the edge routers and analyzing the PE-CE( Provide edge- Customer edge) logs , backbone logs. •Verifying configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco / Alcatel Routers and Juniper, Huawei, Cisco switches
