My name is Abhishek Sharma, and I have around two years of experience in cloud technologies, and application support and salesforce crm. I started my career as a Salesforce Developer at Celebal India Solutions, where my roles and responsibilities were to customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Flows out of the box functionalities and troubleshooting issues to enhance system efficiency. Currently, as an Associate Software Engineer at Rockshaft Media, I focus on CRM-based application support, technical troubleshooting, and cloud-based solutions. My expertise lies in application support, incident management, and root cause analysis, ensuring system stability and smooth business operations. I have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with cloud and CRM technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This aligns well with the STORM at Fidelity, where maintaining application availability, resolving critical incidents, and managing risks are key responsibilities.
