I am having one year experience as a NOC Engineer in Fidelis Technologies services limited is the client of Dr Reddy’s laboratories, my roles and responsibities in the organization is Monitoring the servers Aws,windows,Linux all are monitored by using monitoring tool is NAGIOS XI, VROOPS. These tools we used for monitoring, and we do Hardening to the servers and Microsoft Patching to the windows and AWS servers by using the tool BIG FIX. and we are using ticketing tool as a SERVICE NOW.
