Responsibilities :
1.Support the end users and customize the things as per requirement .
2.conducting problem analysis and communicated the solution to users .
3.solving end users queries for various transactions .
4.Attending weekly meeting and analyzing pending issues .
5 providing timey resolution of production issue as per service level management .
6.coordinating with business users , providing solution like purchase requisition, quotation, purchase order, stock order, billing , invoice management .
7.communicating with non sap team such as retail management system , for more business revenue .
