Calculating Tank ullage on the daily basis & placing indent for various Petroleum products. 2. Receipts, Storage, and Dispatches of hazardous petroleum products such as MS, HSD, SKO, Ethanol and other Non ? Petroleum products. 3. Planning and distribution of Petroleum products to the Retail Outlets through SAP. 4. Checking and maintaining quality of Petroleum products during receipts & dispatch. 5. Operating and monitoring firefighting equipment and participating in mock drills performing every month. 6. Unloading Ethanol from tank Lorry to the storage tanks considering all quality checks parameter. 7. Gantry operations like loading/unloading of Tank Lorry, ensuring line-ups for loadings products and do surprise check at the gantry. 8. Preparing Day End report, stock management and placing indents for the next Tank Wagon receipt. 9. Tank Lorry Calibration and safety checks such as PUC, Hydrostatic Pressure test, fusible plug etc. 10. Carrying out all types of operation in Tank Farm Management System(TFMS) such as inter tank transfer, samplings, Manual gauging, Tank line up, pump line up, pump operation and other all routine field. MS/HSD/SKO Quality check and assurance before Tank Wagon decantation start. 1. Pump house operations: inspection of pipeline, valves and motors during receipts/dispatch. 2. Control room operation /Planning and Execution of Main Line and Service Line. 3. Surprise check in Gantry and observe the dip difference for a specific Tank Lorry and send to recalibrate it. 4. Preparing Depot layout in AutoCAD, updating the new equipment installed. 5. Preparation & Submission daily Progress reports & Records. 6. Test report and supervision of various Test Hydro Test, fire pump house, and the transformer. 7. Radar, Servo, MOV, ROSOV inspection, troubleshooting and maintaining monthly records. 8. Supervise the team, ensuring proper execution of the work & completion before given period of time. 9. Issuing letter to the transporter on violating regulations such as exceeding the speed and route changing frequently.
