About Me
I’m Dhairyasheel Balasaheb Ingale, a recent Computer Science Engineering graduate from Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology in Waranangar, Maharashtra, where I completed my B.Tech in 2023.
During my academic and professional journey, I developed a strong technical foundation in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs, Python, and C++, along with robust skills in Git, GitHub, SQL, and database management. I’m currently expanding my expertise by pursuing an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, which has deepened my understanding of cloud technologies.
Professionally, I have 8 months of experience in the software industry. I began my career as a Software Engineer Trainee at The DataTech Labs, Pune, where I completed a 6-month internship and then worked as a full-time Software Engineer for 2 months. During my tenure, I successfully contributed to three live projects:
1. Talent Management as a Service (TMaaS): A comprehensive HR management solution for handling the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
2. BaapGPT: A generative AI-based solution providing multiple responses to user prompts, allowing users to select the most suitable option.
3. ICICI 360-Degree Dashboard: A financial project where I developed a FlutterFlow-based Customer 360 dashboard, creating interactive visualizations such as bar and pie charts for transaction data.
I was honoured to be recognized as the Best Performer for June 2024, a testament to my dedication and ability to deliver impactful results.
Beyond technical skills, I’ve cultivated strong soft skills through various extracurricular activities. As a core member of the Association of Computer Science Engineering Students and an NSS volunteer, I’ve developed teamwork and leadership abilities. My experience in sports, particularly winning silver and bronze medals in inter-zonal weightlifting competitions, has taught me discipline and perseverance.
