Key Responsibilities: * PLC Programming: Develop and modify PLC programs to control tanning machinery, ensuring optimal operation and performance. * HMI/SCADA Development: Create user-friendly HMIs and SCADA systems to monitor and control tanning processes in real-time. * VFD/Servo/Stepper Motor Integration: Integrate VFDs, Servo Motors, and Stepper Motors into tanning machinery to achieve precise control and energy efficiency. * Sensor Integration: Implement sensors to monitor critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and chemical levels, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime and optimize production. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve tanning processes through automation, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. * Learning and Development: Continuously learn about new automation technologies and industry best practices. * Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing automation projects, assisting with design, implementation, and testing.
