Project: Design and Implement the Honda Service- Live Tracker ● Performed complete analysis of data to gain meaningful insights. ● Used Lean Six Sigma framework (Define Phase, Measure Phase, Analyze Phase, Improve Phase, Control Phase – DMAIC) to conduct the project. ● Conducted a Comprehensive Audit of service processes to ensure adherence to Honda Service Standard (SST) criteria. ● Performed a detailed Turnaround Time (TAT) study by analyzing Cycle Times for various service stages, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
