About Me
I’m Rushabh Fadia and I was very happy when I found the vacancy at EY for the Associate Analyst. I completed my master’s degree in International Business and Engineering at the SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, Germany. This degree has enabled me to continue my career in financial management.
As the world evolves every day, it is important to learn new methods and techniques to keep up to date. I acquired theoretical knowledge about corporate management, controlling, investments and finance, business mathematics, supply chain management, risk management and more. I also worked on a project to develop fog water harvesting techniques, where as a group we came up with ideas for new techniques and presented a business pitch for those techniques. Besides studying, I also have a habit of reading balance sheets of Indian companies as I have been investing in the Indian stock market for the last 6 years.
Regarding my professional background, I have spent about 1 year in Quality Assurance Department at TOTO India Industries Pvt. ltd worked in India. My job was to create SOPs, process customer complaints and check SOPs. I also worked in the R&D department for 3 months. In the QA department I gained experience and knowledge of internal auditing. I am a certified internal auditor for the 9001 QMS and 14001 EMS systems. As a QA engineer, I have successfully conducted 2 audits in my company.
I am sure that I meet all the requirements to become part of the renowned company. Based on my skills, research and previous work experience, I believe I would be a suitable candidate for the position at EY. In addition, I am fluent in English and have learned German up to level B1 (learning), so there will be no language barrier for me. Therefore, I attach my CV and ask you to consider my application. Graduate Engineer Trainee (QA)
Handled Customer Complaints (In-house-Partner Companies). QA Sampling. Conducted Root Cause Analysis to resolve defects arising during production. Develop SOPs for the processes. Conduct Quality Patrol and Gemba Check to inspect Quality regression and Bottlenecks. Handle In-house Calibration activities. Conducted Internal audit QMS & EMS Kaisen co-ordinator
