I recently completed my MSc in Biotechnology at Garden City University Bangalore with an 8.5 CGPA. During my academic career, I’ve done three months of internships in the molecular biology department at St. John’s Research Institute, Bangalore. I assisted laboratory personnel with the preparation, setup, and maintenance of experiments followed by established protocols to perform molecular biology techniques, such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cloning. Prepared and maintained reagents, solutions, and lab equipment as needed. I learnt primer designing and standardisation. I’ve done literature searches to gather relevant information related to ongoing research projects. I’ve done data analysis and interpretation. I participated in laboratory meetings, discussions, and presentations to share progress and findings.
