Project Name and Description- eOffice- eOffice product developed by National Informatics Centre and aims to support governance by ushering in more effective and transparent inter and intra-government processes. The vision of e-Office is to achieve a simplified, responsive, effective and transparent working of all government offices. Client- Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, NCT of Delhi Roles & Responsibilities:- • Working on different modules of eOffice (7.0) such as PIMS, e-File, KMS, MIS etc. • Organization Unit creation, Users Creation, Post Assign, Roll Assign. • Create and Add a database on the eOffice portal in EMD format. • Updation and Management of Employees Details in eOffice Portal. • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. • Providing training to end users. • Providing time-to-time MIS Report to the concerned officer. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future action. • Regulate policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment for the project team • Manage the team of engineers working on the project. • Employees eOffice account Transfers/Posting of the Department and other Ministries/Departments. • Monitor all entries of eOffice portal safety and legal requirements. • DSC registration etc.
