Conducted research on time study for the various sections of the company and identified the bottleneck zone, by Value Stream Mapping and implementing different Kaizen the total lead time was reduced and increased the productivity. Designed and developed a new measuring instrument for the complex dimension in the housing of windmill gearbox. For reducing the total lead time, CFD analysis was carried out for the cooling of the housing unit.
