Salary: 4 LPA – 7 LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of Oracle cloud technologies..
  2. Good knowledge of programming languages C, C++, Java, Dot Net and Python.
  3. Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
  4. Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  5. Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR data model and related technologies.
  6. Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
  7. Sound coding skills and debugging skills.
  8. Familiar with developing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR integrations with other systems.
  9. Proficient in verbal and communication skills.

Job Description : 

As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development you will be responsible for designing building and configuring application to meet business process and application requirement using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross functional teams analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirement.

  1. Lead the design development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR application.
  2. Analyze the results and then submit the observations to the development team
  3. Understand business drivers that will impact performance and deliver software to those expectations
  4. Bake technology trends into solutions.
  5. Participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionality and technologies and integrate them in existing solutions.
