Airbus looking for fresher Cyber Security Intern with sound programming skills, having good knowledge of current and upcoming security technologies.

Job Designation : Software Engineer – Cyber Security Intern

Qualification :  BTech / MTech

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Expertise with one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
  2. Good understanding of various technology terms such as but not limited to Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, TCP IP, Surface internet, deep/dark web.
  3. Profound understanding of Network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, DNS, SMB, etc.).
  4. Good knowledge of Cloud security, Database and web application security.
  5. Understand the baseline framework/standards and guidelines of cyber security, Information technology such as ISO, NIST, MITR, COBIT, CMMi etc.
  6. Should have the intent to get into any new topic and research and present authenticated facts and information.
  7. Addresses strategies for selecting a topic, choosing credible sources for research, and producing a well-organized presentation.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
  10. Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  11. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Research on cybersecurity topics relevant to cybersecurity and similar industry threats.
  2. Support Security team in operational activities which may be related to physical security and cyber security.
  3. Assist the Cybersecurity Operations team to review and track vulnerabilities identified.
  4. Assist the Cybersecurity Operations team to respond to cybersecurity events.
  5. Support in Various projects: cybersecurity, forensic analysis, audits, risk assessments and penetration tests, etc.
  6. Assist in Developing scripts to help analyze logs.
  7. Assist in Cybersecurity applications/tools, Creating runbooks, playbooks, security guidelines, and procedures, Gathering documentation and metrics for different areas of the security stack.
Internship Duration: 06 months
