Skill Set :
- A recent graduate or postgraduate with a background in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of information security and risk management processes and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify risks, and provide solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative team player, able to work effectively in a team environment and learn from experienced professionals.
Job Description :
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritising security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and assets by conducting regular security scans, analysing scan results, documenting findings and tracking remediation efforts.
- Support risk assessments by analysing vulnerabilities and security threats, track risk metrics, and help develop and update strategies for mitigating and managing cybersecurity risks across the organization.
- Support in collecting and analysing cybersecurity data to identify risks, develop reporting dashboards, and document security incidents and vulnerabilities, ensuring accurate records for internal and external reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc cybersecurity tasks, participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with other departments to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are effectively executed.
