Skill Set :
- Sound knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java,Python.
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies preferably AWS knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of the computer science fundamentals and good understanding of distributed software systems.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Basic Linux/Unix command knowledge.
- Exposure to server-less cloud computing is a strong plus.
- Experience with technical support, incident response and incident management.
- Able to automate select systems administration tasks through creation and maintenance of scripts and tools
- Exposure to Test Driven Development, CI/CD process to achieve zero touch deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate efficient and effective interaction with peers and customers.
- Effective organisational skills to maintain a consistently high standard of operations in a busy environment.
- Confidence to initiate, drive and manage conference calls involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Job Description :
- Follow a tech SOP for completing a project/on boarding tasks.
- Write codes accomplishing some small task or rectifying some issue happening in a service.
- Understand and debug minor issues occurring in a service when a TT comes/ PE raised.
- Prod deployment and sanity.
- Reassign the TTs to the write teams following the SOP.
- Write scripts for automations to fix commonly occurring issues.
- Understand and work on AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB.
