Job Designation : Cloud Support Associate

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-1 year

Salary: 14 LPA

Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP.
  2. Basics in OS concepts / Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc).
  3. Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
  4. Familiar with Linux/Windows system administration fundamentals.
  5. Good knowledge of Database design and Optimization OR Bigdata Analysis OR Network administration OR Dev-ops.
  6. Exposure to AWS, Virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor).
  7. Expertise in managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
  8. Experienced at setting up monitoring / alarming for production DB environments.
  9. Some experience with NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB , MongoDB, Cassandra.
  10. Good understanding on DNS, TCP/IP protocols.
  11. Exposure to security concepts / best practices.
  12. Understanding on IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH, Network.
  13. Monitoring / Troubleshooting tools.
  14. Excellent troubleshooting skills with customer service experience / strong customer focus.
  15. Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a regular basis.
  16. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Learn and use data analytics technologies.
  2. Apply troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs.
  3. Partner with Amazon teams in India to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  4. Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal Amazon teams in India on how to improve our services.
  5. Drive customer communication during critical events.
  6. Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
  7. Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
